On Thursday, 30 July 2026, the National Institute for Legislative and Democratic Studies (NILDS) received a delegation from the Centre for Leadership and Creative Entrepreneurs in Africa Ltd/GTE (CELCEAFRICA) led by its Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer, Amb. Kingsley Enwelim Nwanze alongside other senior officials of the organisation at the Institute.
Welcoming the delegation, the Director General of NILDS, Prof. Abubakar O. Sulaiman, commended CELCEAFRICA for its commitment to leadership development, entrepreneurship and youth empowerment. He noted that government alone cannot address every societal challenge, stressing that individuals and organisations must complement government efforts by equipping young people with entrepreneurial and leadership skills capable of driving national development. He reaffirmed the Institute’s readiness to explore collaboration with CELCEAFRICA, subject to its programme schedule.
